Eileen Mary Terry passed away on March 6, 2026, in Lebanon, NJ, at the age of 85. Born on July 29, 1940, in Queens, NY, Eileen was the daughter of the late Charles Orlando Sr. and Violet (Litke) Orlando. Eileen married the love of her life, the late Charles (Charlie) Terry Sr., on October 17, 1959. Eileen is survived by her brother, Charles Orlando, and wife Martie, her children Charles (Chuck) Terry Jr. and wife Mary, Allison Ann Huff and husband Robert (Bob). Eileen is also survived by her grandchildren, Krista, Caryn, Robert (BJ), Michael, Justin, Bryan, and Veronica, and her great-grandchildren, Sydney, Lily, Aubry, Fiona, Zoey, and Alice. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie, her daughter, Mary, and her grandson, Joey.

Eileen loved her family very much and cherished her beloved children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was engaged in the lives of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, attending school activities and pretty much any activity she could get to. She was delighted to be such a big part of their lives.

Eileen dedicated a significant part of her life to serving others in her community. Eileen volunteered to assist and offered support at every opportunity presented. Eileen was also active in her church and was a member of the VFW. She began her career as a customer service representative for Studio One Photography, then Bank of America and its predecessors. She returned as a cashier and courtesy counter representative at ShopRite of Flemington, where she was known for her friendly demeanor and commitment to excellent customer service. At one time, Eileen was also part-owner of the Whirley Bird, a small restaurant off the Spruce Run Reservoir in Clinton.

Beyond her commitment to her family and career, Eileen had numerous hobbies that brought her happiness. Eileen found solace cooking and tending to her vegetable and flower garden, and was an avid dog lover, especially cherishing her pets. Eileen enjoyed listening to the classic sounds of Elvis Presley, indulging in the timeless movie "Grease," and was a passionate fan of the New York Mets. Her creativity shone through in her needlepoint and crochet projects, and she often spent her time playing and teaching Mahjong and cards with friends, fostering friendships that lasted a lifetime.

Eileen is reunited with her husband, Charlie Terry, who passed away in 2024.

She will forever be remembered for her unwavering devotion to family and friends, her selfless nature, and the joy she brought into the lives of those around her. Eileen M. Terry leaves a legacy of love, kindness, and faith that will continue to inspire all who knew her.
