Edward Oliver, 69, of Clinton Township, NJ, died February 6, 1993 at his home.

Edward was the owner of Oliver's Orvis Shop in Clinton.

He served in the United States Army during World War II.

Born in Elizabeth, NJ on March 18, 1923, Edward was the son of Samuel and Charlotte (Carter) Oliver. He was survived by his wife, Beatrice (Cook) Oliver.

Funeral services were under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington.

Interment was private.
