Edward A. Galambos

Edward A. Galambos, 85, died Friday, January 22, 1993 at home.

Born in Newark, he lived in Raritan Township for 50 years.

Mr. Galambos retired as an inventor, draftsman and engineer for Bell Telephone Co., Murray Hill and Chester, in 1970.

He was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America.

Son of the late Stefan and Katherine Lapka Galambos, he is survived by his wife, Helen Zenkl Galambos; a daughter, Norma Ann Sellers of West Chester, Pa.; two sons, Thomas E. of Phillipsburg and James A. of New York; a sister, Margaret Smith of Tampa, Fla.; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services were under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington.

Burial was in St. Magdalen Cemetery, Flemington.
