Edna R. Hoffman

Edna R. Hoffman, age 90 years, of Flemington, NJ, died March 6, 1984 in Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township.

Born in Flemington, Mrs. Hoffman had lived in the Flemington area most of her life and was formerly employed by Educational Testing Service of Princeton.

She was a member of the Flemington Baptist Church and the Ladies Auxiliary of American Legion Post No. 401 of South Brunswick.

Wife of the late Clifford Hoffman, who died in 1964, she is survived by three sons, Clifford L. Hoffman of Flemington, Charles Hoffman of Jersey City, and James Hoffman of Hightstown; three daughters, Kathryn Hendrickson of Franklin Park, Vera Kroeger of Flemington and Ruth Nugent of Groveville; a sister, Luella Allegar of Clearwater, FL; 17 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington. Burial was in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington.
