Born in Brynmawr, South Wales on July 5, 1901, she was the daughter of the late Williams P. Williams and Lydia (Prout) Williams. She worked as a clerk for Crimmet Variety Store, Nanticoke, PA. Interment in Hanover Green Cemetery (Hanover Cemetery), Main Road, Wilkes-Barre, PA.
