Earnest E. Kerstner

Earnest E. Kerstner, 59, of Raritan Township, NJ, died July 31, 1984 in Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township.

Born in Flemington, Mr. Kerstner was a lifelong area resident and was a postal worker employed by the Flemington Post Office for over 30 years.

An Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of the Flemington V.F.W. Post No. 7856 and the Flemington Moose Lodge.

Father of the late Michael Kerstner who died in 1978, he is survived by his brother, William Kerstner of Kintnersville, PA; a sister, Theresa Oceanak of Flemington; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held at Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington. Interment was in St. Magdalen Cemetery.
