Earl C. Robb, Jr.

Earl C. Robb, Jr., age 87 years, of Ringoes, NJ (East Amwell Township), died on Sunday, April 10, 2005 at the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Wilksburg, PA, he formerly resided in McConnellstown, PA where he and his family were dairy farmers. He was also a rural mail carrier for ten years there.

In 1976, he moved to Ringoes, NJ where he was employed by the Hunterdon County Buildings & Maintenance Department, retiring in 1980. After his retirement, he worked and assisted many elderly with shopping, household chores and lawn care. Mr. Robb was an active member of the Kirkpatrick Memorial Presbyterian Church, Ringoes, NJ.

He was predeceased by his parents Earl and Mary Alta Robb, Sr.; a brother, Lewis Robb; and a sister, Almeda Horsfield. Surviving are a sister-in-law, Mary Frances Robb of Burnham, PA; a brother-in-law, Rev. H. R. Horsfield of Flemington, NJ; two nephews and their wives, Kent and Becky Robb of Huntingdon, PA and John and Sandy Horsfield of Pitman, NJ; a niece and her husband, Ann and Ron Castor of Hamilton, NJ and many cousins.

Earl had many Church friends who cared for and assisted him during his declining years including Steve Phillips, Carol Aron, Lynn and Mike Villas, Margaret Case, and his Pastor, Ryan Balsan.

Memorial Services will be held on Sunday, April 17, 2005 at 3:30 p.m. in Kirkpatrick Memorial Presbyterian Church, 37 John Ringo Road, Ringoes, NJ.
