Born July 18, 1913 in Stockton, NJ, she was the daughter of Horace R. and Olive (Lawske) Romire. She was survived by her husband, James B. Hoover.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home.
Interment was private.
