Born March 16, 1916 in Michigan, she was the daughter of F. Albert and Mary Ellen (Webb) Livingston.
Dorothy was retired from the dietary department at Hunterdon Medical Center.
Her husband, George Allen, died in 1983.
Interment was in St. Magdalen Cemetery, Flemington.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington.
