She was a bookkeeper for Samuel Stothoff Company, Flemington.
Born April 7, 1913, she was the daughter of John and Evelyn (Connolly) Thiel. She was predeceased by her husband, Suyder Volk in 1979.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington.
