Donald O. Scruggs, age 54 years, of Readington Township, NJ, died on July 18, 1993 at his home. Born in Mount Calm, TX on July 14, 1939, he was the son of Sam Camp Scruggs and Annie Mae Armstrong. Mr. Scruggs worked as the Senior Executive Vice President for Continental Insurance Company in Cranbury, NJ. Donald was survived by his wife, Mildred (Fridel) Scruggs. Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, 69 Capner Street, Flemington, NJ.
