Deborah Aguilar

Deborah Aguilar passed away on Monday, February 9, 2026, at her home in Lebanon, NJ, surrounded by her loving family. Born on August 7, 1969, in Flemington, NJ, Deborah dedicated her life to both her family and her career.

A skilled medical transcriptionist, Deborah worked at Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, where her contributions were appreciated by many. Additionally, she served as an office manager at Hunterdon Hills Playhouse, demonstrating her commitment to providing exceptional service in all that she did.

Deborah is survived by her adoring husband, Manuel F. Aguilar, III. She was a proud mother to three children: Christopher Aguilar and his fiancée, Tori Dixon; Devyn McGrew and her husband, Thomas; and Jarrett Aguilar and his wife, Harley. Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren, Noelle and Tommy McGrew. Deborah was also the loving sister of Lieschen Stothoff and is remembered fondly by several nieces and nephews who brought joy to her life. She is reunited in spirit with her parents, John Phillips and Margaret Phillips; and two brothers Peter and Jeffrey Phillips, who preceded her in death.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Deborah's life during a visitation on Friday, February 13, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a memorial service beginning at 11:00 AM. Both events will take place at Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, located at 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.

Deborah Aguilar's warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for her family will forever be remembered by those whose lives she touched. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion and dedication that will resonate in the hearts of her loved ones for years to come.
