Born in Jersey City, NJ, he had been a resident of Hunterdon Developmental Center, Clinton, NJ, for several years.
Surviving are three aunts.
Private graveside services will be held under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
