Born in Raritan Township, NJ on August 28, 1950, he was the son of Clarence L Hall and Minnie A. (Turrisi) Hall.

Mr. Hall was a technician with the Hunterdon State School in Clinton, NJ.

Interment in Newell Cemetery, Stanton, NJ.
