Conrad J. Polk, age 57 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on March 17, 1997 at his home. Born in Chicago, IL on November 9, 1939, he was the son of the late Florian Polk and Sophia (Rosolek) Polk. Mr. Polk worked as a Metallurgical Engineer in Paulsboro, NJ. Conrad is survived by his wife, Sandra (Guhl) Polk. The burial was private.
