Born in Hunterdon County, NJ on March 14, 1902, he was the son of the late Martin L. Alles and Addie Marshall.

Mr. Alles was a self-employed farmer for many years.

He was survived by his wife, Marie (Huber) Alles.

Interment in Cherryville Mountainview Cemetery, Flemington, NJ.
