Born in Franklin Township, NJ on November 22, 1909, he was the son of the late Albert S. Shepperd and Elizabeth Hanna.

Mr. Shepperd was survived by his wife, Genevieve (Snyder) Shepperd.

Interment in Locust Grove Cemetery, Quakertown, NJ.
