Charlotte E. Oliver, age 92 years, of Pittstown, NJ, died on April 3, 1990 at the Country Arch Care Center, Pittstown, NJ.

Born in Elizabeth, NJ on January 22, 1898, she was the daughter of the late Frank A. Carter and Julia E. McAvoy.

She was a homemaker.

Charlotte was predeceased by her husband, Samuel W. Oliver, who died in 1983.
