Born in New Jersey on September 20, 1877, he was the son of the late Adam Winter.

Mr. Winter was a retired publisher.

He was predeceased by his wife, Harriet (Albertson) Winter.

Interment in Valleau Cemetery, 660 E. Glen Avenue, Ridgewood, Bergen County, NJ.
