Born in Quakertown, NJ on July 14, 1911, he was the son of the late David Conover and Blanche Davenport Conover. Mr. Conover was a retired, self-employed farmer. Charles was survived by his wife, Thisbe Leaver Conover. Interment in Locust Grove Cemetery, Quakertown, NJ.
