Charles Victor, age 83 years, of Flemington Borough, NJ, died on June 15, 1994 at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ. Born in India on August 21, 1910, he was the son of the late John and Janaki Perianayagam. Mr. Victor was a professor of physical education. Charles was predeceased by his wife, who died in 1952. Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ.
