Born in Port Chester, NY on March 24, 1936, he was the son of Charles L. Warren and Isabelle Ward.

Mr. Warren worked as a Sales Manager for the Jefferson Smurfit Corp. in Hackensack, NJ.

Charles was survived by his wife, Joanne (Bedenk) Warren, of Ringoes, NJ.

The arrangements were private under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home in Flemington, NJ.
