Born in Lambertville, NJ on June 8, 1927, he was the son of Edward J. Cooper and Ida Everett.

Mr. Cooper was employed as a truck driver for the Railway Express Agency, Incorporated.

He was survived by his wife, Elizabeth (Torak) Cooper, of Somerville, NJ.

Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, 69 Capner Street, Flemington, NJ.
