Born in Trenton, NJ on July 2, 1883, he was the son of the late William H. Angell and Anna M. Bird.

Mr. Angell was a retired real estate insurance agent.

Charles was survived by his wife, Catherine (Higgins) Angell.

Interment in Union Cemetery, Boss Road, Ringoes, NJ.
