Cecelia H. "Chum" D'Aprix, age 100 years, formerly of Ringoes, NJ, died on Saturday, May 31, 2008, in Doylestown Hospital, Doylestown, PA.

Born in Ringoes, NJ, June 3, 1907, she was the daughter of the late John and Ella Blackwell Hunt.

She was a former kindergarten teacher and then was a Registered Nurse with her first husband, Dr. William McCorkle, in Ringoes, NJ.

She loved birds and gardening.

She was pre-deceased by her first husband, Dr. William McCorkle, her second husband, Donald D'Aprix, and a son, William McCorkle. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Mary McCorkle, of Henderson, NV; a daughter, Dorothy Frazier of Lancaster, PA; a stepson, Jay D'Aprix of New Jersey; and a daughter-in-law, Jean McCorkle of York, PA.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 11 AM in Kirkpatrick Memorial Presbyterian Church, Ringoes, NJ, under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Ringoes, NJ. There will be no calling hours.
