Born in Philadelphia, PA on August 1, 1912, she was the daughter of the late Peter Warwick and Catherine Sekela.

Catherine was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Lis, Sr., who died in 1978.
Interment in Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery, 1600 South Sproul Road, Springfield, PA.
