Born in Kenton, OH on November 27, 1933, she was the daughter of Robert and Ethel Neal.

Ms. Laur was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the United States Navy from 1953-1954.

She then worked as a Legal Administrator for the AT&T Corporation in Basking Ridge, NJ.

Interment in Rosemont Cemetery, Route 519, Rosemont, NJ.
