Born in Montclair, NJ on February 2, 1950, she was the daughter of Lt. Sidney Wax and Shirley Newman Wax of Verona, NJ. She was a homemaker. Carol is survived by her husband, Joseph P. Burns. Interment in Restland Memorial Park, East Hanover, NJ.
