Born in Lambertville, NJ on March 17, 1915, he was the son of the late Samuel DeLeone and Frances Vogel.
Mr. DeLeone was a retired partner with the D & P Insurance Agency in Phillipsburg, NJ.
Carmen was survived by his wife, Blanche G. (Wilson) DeLeone.
Interment in Rosemont Cemetery, Route 519, Rosemont, NJ.
