Carl W. Clark, Jr., age 70 years, died on May 4, 1989 at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in New York on July 13, 1918, he was the son of the late Carl W. Clark, Sr., and Anne Taylor.

Mr. Clark was a veteran of World War II, serving in the United States Army.

He then became Chief of Surgery at Potsdam Hospital, Potsdam, NY.

Carl was survived by his wife, Mary H. Clark.
