Born in Hunterdon County, NJ on May 5, 1913, she was the daughter of William W. Pegg and Laura Snyder.

She worked as a Practical Nurse.

Blanche was survived by her husband, Edward Smith, of Stockton, NJ.

Interment in Lower Amwell Cemetery, Sergeantsville, NJ.
