Betty Marie Anderson

Betty Marie Anderson, age 74 years, of Sarasota, FL, died on October 13, 2000 at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, Sarasota, Florida. Born in Trenton, NJ, on May 13, 1926, she was the daughter of the late George Anderson and Grace (Eggert) Anderson. Betty was the Founder and Director of the Freedom House for Alcoholism in 1990 and Counselor at the Anderson House (halfway house for women) since 1991. In addition, she founded the N.J. Task Force on Women & Alcoholism in 1975. Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery, 1200 Cedar Ln, Trenton, NJ.
