Born in Flemington, NJ on September 6, 1887, she was the daughter of the late Dr. L. C. Wilson and Elizabeth Holcombe.

She was predeceased by her husband, George H. Danley, who died in 1951.

Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Capner Street, Flemington, NJ.
