Born September 24, 1899 in New York City, she was the daughter of Henry and Leah (Mendoza) Frey.

She was survived by her husband, Michael Ciavolino, Sr.

Cremation was private and under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington.
