Barbara E. Charles

Barbara Elaine Charles, of Belvidere, NJ, former resident of Ringoes, NJ, died on Monday, July 28, 2025, at her home. She had resided in Belvidere for the last seven years.

Born on March 10, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Rene and Gladys (Hallman) Spehner.

She was a retired elementary school teacher at several schools.

Her hobbies included needlework and cooking. In fact, according to her family, "she was a super, gourmet quality cook."

Among her survivors is her husband, Robert E. Charles, Jr.
