Barbara E. Charles

Barbara Elaine Charles, of Belvidere, NJ, former long-time resident of Hunterdon County, NJ, died on Monday, July 28, 2025, at her home.

She was the daughter of the late Rene and Gladys (Hallman) Spehner. 

Among her survivors is her husband, Robert E. Charles, Jr.; as well as her children and grandchildren.
