Born in Mount Kisco, NY on November 15, 1920, she was the daughter of the late George A. Barclay and Laura (Brown) Barclay. She was a Homemaker. Barbara was predeceased by her husband, Dr. Carl W. Roessel, who died in 1969. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery, Mount Kisco, NY.
