Born in Newark, NJ on August 28, 1911, he was the son of the late Peter Ostermiller.

He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the United States Navy from 1944-1946.

Mr. Ostermiller was a foreman for A. Gross & Co. in Newark, NJ.

He was survived by his wife, Florence (Ruhno) Ostermiller.

Interment in Evergreen Cemetery, Elizabeth, NJ.
