Arthur V. Umstead

Arthur V. Umstead, age 85 years, of Ringoes, NJ, died on August 4, 1996 at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ. Born in Mercerville, NJ on November 18, 1909, he was the son of the late Albert Umstead and Florence Reep. Mr. Umstead was a veteran of World War II, serving as a Captain in the U.S. Army from 1943-1945. He then became a self-employed truck driver. Arthur was survived by his wife, Bertha Reep Ward, of Ringoes, NJ. Interment in Colonial Memorial Park, 3039 South Broad Street, Trenton, NJ.
