Born in Georgia on June 17, 1916, he was the son of Willis Cooper and Odessa McClain.
Mr. Cooper was a retired machinist working for Oliver Rubber Company.
He was survived by his wife, Mildred Cooper, of Flemington.
Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, 69 Capner Street, Flemington, NJ.
