Born July 18, 1915 in DuPont, PA, she was the daughter of Stanley and Agnes Bryck. Mrs. Mittel was a clerk for the Flemington Auction Market.
She was survived by her husband, Walter H. Mittel.
Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Magdalen Church, Flemington, under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington. Burial was in St. Magdalen Cemetery.
