Born in Lynn Township, PA on April 12, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Bruce and Fannie Williams. Anne is survived by her husband, Rodney E. Wilcox. Interment in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Reaville-Ringoes, NJ.
