Ann L. Carter, age 93 years, of Annandale, NJ, died on May 9, 2003 at her residence in Franklin Township, NJ. Born in Plainfield, NJ on November 9, 1909, she was the daughter of the late Paul Daniel Loizeaux and Grace (Temple) Loizeaux. Ann was predeceased by her husband, Phillip K. Carter, who died in 1992. Interment in Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains, NJ.
