Amos Q. Rake

Amos Q. Rake, age 92 years, of Trenton, NJ, died on October 4, 1989 at the Mercer Medical Center, Trenton, NJ.

Born in Hunterdon County, NJ on January 3, 1897, he was the son of the late Elias Rake and Laura Markee.

Mr. Rake was a veteran of World War I, serving in the United States Navy from May of 1918 until December of 1918.

He then became a teacher in the Philadelphia School System before retiring.

Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, 69 Capner Street, Flemington, NJ.
