MR. BLOYS, 20414 Gadwall Road, Altoona, died Thursday, Jan. 17. He was an attorney. Born in Plainfield, N.J., he had been a winter resident of Lake County since 1994. He was Protestant. He was an Army veteran. Survivors: wife, Rosalie J. Bloys; sons, Christian Handel, Tuckerton, N.J., Robert Handel, White House Station, N.J.; daughters, Laura Krupa, Pittstown, N.J., Barbara Stalker, Phoenix; brother, David Bloys, Centerville, Pa.; eight grandchildren. Interment in Newell Cemetery, Stanton, NJ.
