Albert "Pete" Higgins

Albert “Pete” Higgins, age 93 years, of Flemington, NJ, died Monday, October 31, 2022, at the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Hackensack, NJ, September 29, 1929, son of the late Clarence and Stella (White) Higgins, he had resided most of his life in the Flemington and Three Bridges areas.

A founding member of Calvary Bible Church, Readington, NJ, Pete was also an avid New York Mets fan.

He was formerly employed by the Center For Educational Advancement in Raritan Township.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Theodore Higgins, and his sister, Vi Kleber.

Surviving are his sister, Ruth Jeavons, of Three Bridges, NJ and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 5, 2022, at 10:00 AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment with his parents will follow in Neshanic Cemetery, Amwell Road, Hillsborough Township, NJ. The visitation will be Saturday from 9:30 AM until the time of service at the funeral home.
