Born in Titusville, NJ on November 4, 1894, he was the son of the late Charles Mathews and Emma Hart.

Mr. Mathews was the retired owner of A. H. MATHEWS Clothier in Lambertville, NJ.

Albert was survived by his wife, Hazel (Richards) Mathews.

Interment in Old Rocks Cemetery, Mount Airy-Harbourton Road, Lambertville, NJ.
