Born in Philadelphia, PA on November 9, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Jacob Musicant and Rose Mechanic Musicant. She was a Homemaker and worked at Karrow's Men's Store. Adele is survived by her husband, Sol Karrow, their children. The burial was private.
