William Graham Stratford, age 64 years, of Whitley Bay, England, died on June 15, 1997 in Franklin Township, NJ. Born in Wallsend, England on December 5, 1932, he was the son of William Joseph Stratford and Anne (Knowles) Stratford. Mr. Stratford was a College Lecturer at Ashington Technical College. William is survived by his wife, Margaret (Milner) Stratford. Interment in Preston Cemetery, North Shields, England.
