William D. Wells, age 73, of Delaware Township, NJ, died April 8, 1993 at Chandler Hall, Newtown, PA.

Born July 25, 1920 in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of Dewey and Mary (Murphy) Wells.

He was a pharmaceutical inspector for the US Department of Defense.

Mr. Wells served in the United States Army during World War II.

He was survived by his wife, Adeline (Heron) Wells.

Funeral services were under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington.
