Wilbur R. Trowbridge, age 88 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on July 26, 1997 at the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ. Born in Newark, NJ on August 20, 1908, he was the son of the late Lewis Trowbridge and Anna (Woodruff) Trowbridge. Mr. Trowbridge was the President of Trowbridge Outdoor Advertising Corporation in Newark, NJ, retiring in 1962. Additionally, he acted as the Raritan Township Registrar of Vital Statistics. Wilbur is survived by his wife, Frances (Hastings) Trowbridge. The burial was private.
